Richard Van Diest started RCI in 1995 building for homeowners, lumber companies, farmers and manufacturers. As RCI grew he built a full-service shop in the town of Sumas Washington. RCIs main office still resides in Sumas and has branched out to Wenatchee WA as well. Rich has always served the building industry with one clear vision: We treat every customer’s project as if it was our own.

Rich has assembled a talented team of building professionals who have a customer first attitude!

We specialize in steel buildings, full site support, AOG support, along with design and fabrication.

Casey Dougherty

Casey Dougherty has brought 26 years of construction and aviation experience to RCI. His background as a commercial pilot and construction manager has enabled RCI to successfully support our clients around the nation.

Jeremiah Kyllingmark

Office Manager / Accountant

Jeremiah Kyllingmark has been with Rich since the beginning. He successfully runs the day in and day outs of the RCI office. From Billing to payroll and everything in-between, he gets it done.

Gary Rouse

Senior Superintendent

Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He has proven himself over his career as a leader and mentor. He covers a large area with the crews and takes safety to heart. Gary has a great repour with owners and clients and is a asset to the entire team!
